Rosalie Black Pepper Goat Cheese is a fresh chevre rolled in black pepper, with a spicy and tangy flavor. The cheese is aged for 2 – 10 days, and is perfect on a cheeseboard, or with warm crusty bread drizzled with honey.

Rosalie Cheese was founded in Jakarta and named after a lively suburban market in Brisbane, Australia. Rosalie only uses natural farm fresh ingredients without preservatives and colorings, and they employ traditional cheese making techniques and source Indonesian milk from six partner farms in East Java and Bali. Founder Ayu Utami Linggih learned the art of cheese making during her studies in Australia.
