Milk Up Halloumi is made with farm fresh cow milk and is softer than usual. It is a bit salty so it’s great to enjoy alongside other food.
Use 1cm slices or larger cubes in a green salad, mix with cubed roast veggies, add to a panini, or serve as part of a cheese platter.
