Dry Cured Bacon is the thick cut streaky bacon from the belly part of our free range organic (non-certified) pork, long smoked with local coffee wood. One of our most versatile products, for breakfast or any dishes needing bacon. Tender and juicy. Best consumed within three days of opening the packet.
