Cherry Tomatoes are great for salads and pastas of course, but there are so many more ways you can use them. You can char them on the grill and serve with lamb chops, halve them and throw them on top of fresh bread with basil, skewer them with other roasted veggies, or blend them to make a soup.
Cherry Tomatoes are high in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium. They are also a very good source of copper, manganese, dietary fiber, folate, niacin, and phosphorus.
