Chai Masala Tea is an Ayurvedic herbal Tea. It is revitalising, fosters contentment, stimulates digestion, relieves gas & bloating, improves circulation, promotes mental clarity, regulates cholesterol and balances blood sugar.
Cardamon, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Fennel, Anise, Nutmeg.
One small teaspoon per cup. Add chai mix to boiling water, pour an equal amount of your choice of milk and bring to a boil. Strain and serve hot. Add natural sweetener to taste. Caffeine Free. Optional: to enhance health benefits add half teaspoon of grated ginger.
