Deep red purple in colour, with vibrant blackcurrent and plum fruit aromas and hints of pencil shavings and vanillan oak, followed by well integrated tannins and a mouthfilling palate. Enjoy with red meats, rich pasta and strong cheeses. Serve at 16-18degC.
