Mung bean sprouts are a culinary vegetable grown by sprouting mung beans.
The crunchy and delicately bean sprouts are a good source of protein, vitamin C and folic acid. They’re also high in fibre, making them a great way to add some crunch to your spring salads. They have vitamin K: The most important role of vitamin K in the body is its ability to assist in blood clotting.
Cooking advise : Heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes Stir in salt and bean sprouts. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until as done as you like. Serve immediately.
